Season Update

After a couple of weeks of delaying and hoping for the best and hoping for things to clear up, we have unanimously decided to cancel Season 3.
This decision is primarily based upon the findings or lack there of, which took place during our one hour scavenge at the old field early this afternoon. Remaining was 3 of the 6 boundary lines, 2 broken cones, 10 yellow mud-caked flags, 2 red mud-caked flags, and one red mat found in a pile of mud/clay. Everything else has apparently been washed away or buried with the receding waters & mountains of mud from the typhoon/flood.
All league fees previously paid will be refunded in full to the team captains. Brian will be in charge of that.
Luckily, we have money left over in the TAFFA savings from the previous season to cover the costs of having to buy new equipment. We will try our hardest to restart Season 3 after Chinese New Year.

In the meantime keep posted about news for tournaments and pick up games.

As the commissioners & founders of the league, we will anxiously await with you, the start of a fun-filled season in 2008. Thanks to all for the support & like-minded passion for flag football.
Thanks again,

TAFFA
